Exhibit A
It's been a trial these last 7 months having a sink that doesn't drain. Especially when you were sold on the luxury of side by side sinks in the master bathroom. Having actual space to brush your teeth and not be run into your husband as he flossed was such a novel concept.
After buckets full of Drano (yes I know, the poor environment) to no avail we had almost resigned ourselves to replacing the pipe under the sink. We figured something was irreversibly stuck in there. And yes, yes there was.
I finally took the plug out again and examined this "piece" of the drain that Kevin insisted was actually part of the pipe inside. Why would there be something that half blocked the pipe in the pipe? I wondered. I'm getting the pliers! And I dug and grabbed and chipped away until I pulled out a giant chunk of glass. Yes, the drain was clogged with glass and now life is good and simple again. Our drain actually drains!
